
My biggest gripe - price changes are not communicated to existing customers. Some are loyal customers who love, and have spent thousands on, the system and simply wish to be heard. Complainants are not all 'the competition' trying to damage the Lashify brand. However, other reviews aren't wrong when mentioning poor customer service (aka Concierge) and the defensive/paranoid approach of the brand to criticism or complaints.

I love the product which is premium quality with premium prices. I had a random girl of this group contact me ( I wish I could post a screenshot here. If you live outside the US and depend on the British storage, the black room benefits re less, because sometimes the " early bird" products arent even available. But you cent connect your lash money and other discounts. If you buy the membership, you can collect lash money. Critic against the wanna be goodness of lashes is defently not allowed. I got kicked out of the fb group because I actually said this critic in a super polite way. She wants to be close to the "client" but she actually needs the mean girl group to boost her self confidence.

The way she handles customers is disrespectful and arrogant. But Would you buy a product from the mean girl in high school who leaves out no single chance to start a witch hunt against OWN CUSTOMERS?!? she posts the name of a person including picture, she doesn't like, in a post and writes a half book of super inappropriate language and hate against this individual - it hasn't been just one time.

Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the " ladyboss" gone =) the nice version would be: they accuse you of being a spy for kiss or other beauty brands (who they - as they claim - sue and go to curt against ) - but thats just the easy version. But if you just cant make the lashes stay on, if you question a product quality (drying out, clumbing etc.) or if you even question the behavior of the ladybosses to others who dared to speak some critic - you are out of the game =) you are deleted, executed. BUT i do have to say: if you just go along with their opinions, if you follow the ladyboss like she is a god - you will - besides some app issues and memberbenefit issues - you wont have much problems. end of story: the boss ladies started another witch hunt on " who the ** is even this trustpilot - all fake, all fake" end started wining so much, that some of the fb group members posted positive results here. The really positive reviews between end of August 23 and September 23 are a result of a post in the lashify fb group - where a member asked the other members, how their experience was since trustpilot gives lashify such a negative result.
